How we run projects
1. Discovery and scope
We map the process, the users and the constraints, then write a scope with a realistic budget and timeline. If a simpler solution exists, we will say so before you spend on a bigger one.
2. Design and architecture
Interface design and technical architecture are agreed up front, including hosting, data model, security and how the system will be extended later.
3. Build in short cycles
You see working software regularly rather than waiting months for a reveal. Feedback is folded in as we go, which is far cheaper than changing direction at the end.
4. Test, launch and support
Automated and manual testing, staged releases and a monitored launch, followed by a support arrangement that matches how critical the system is to your business.

How much does a project cost?
It depends entirely on scope. We give a fixed price for well-defined work and a phased estimate for anything exploratory, and we would rather reduce scope than start something you cannot finish.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code lives in your repository, and we document how to run and deploy it.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We start with a technical audit covering code quality, security, dependencies and hosting, then agree what to fix first.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, on monthly retainers sized to the system. That typically covers monitoring, updates, security patching and a block of development time.
