Our approach

We begin with a short assessment: which tasks consume the most time, what data exists, and what a good outcome would be worth. Then we build a narrow pilot with a measurable baseline, so the decision to expand is based on results rather than enthusiasm.

Accuracy, privacy and cost are treated as design constraints from the start. That means grounding answers in your own content, keeping sensitive data where your policies require it, adding human review to consequential steps, and monitoring what the system actually costs to run.

Frequently asked questions

Is our data used to train public models?

Not unless you explicitly choose a provider and configuration that allows it. We default to arrangements where your data is not used for training, and we document exactly where data travels.

What about hallucinations?

We ground responses in your own sources, cite them, and constrain the system to say when it does not know. For anything consequential, a person approves before action is taken.

Do we need a large dataset?

Not for most language tasks; your existing documents are usually enough. Predictive models are different and do require decent historical data, which we assess honestly before proposing one.

How do you price this work?

A fixed price for the assessment and pilot, then a build estimate once the pilot has proven value. Running costs are estimated up front too.
